Terms of Service

We create one-of-a-kind custom songs from the details you provide. Premium and Cinematic tiers also produce a slideshow video from photos you upload.

• •You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• •You must have the legal right to use any photos, names, and stories you submit.
• •Songs about a real person should be tributes or gifts. Don't order content intended to harass or defame anyone.

• •Basic — $59: custom song MP3 only. Delivered in 3–5 days.
• •Standard — $99: custom song MP3 with rush priority. Delivered within 2 hours.
• •Premium — $149: custom song MP3 plus a slideshow video built from 6–20 photos you upload.
• •Cinematic — $199: everything in Premium, plus AI-animated photo clips (subtle smiles, blinks, light motion) for a film-style result.

All prices are in US dollars. Charges appear on your statement as "Song4You".

Every order includes up to 2 free revisions. A revision is a re-render of the picture side, a re-generation of the song with the same lyrics (different singer/arrangement), or both. Reply to your delivery email with what you'd like changed.

Beyond 2 revisions, additional re-renders may be available for a small fee at our discretion.

If your song doesn't move you, email support@song4you.co within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days the MP3-download link in your library unlocks and the order becomes final.

• •You own the song, video, and cover art we deliver for personal use — share it, play it at the event, post it on social media, send it to family.
• •You retain ownership of the photos you upload. We use them only to render your slideshow.
• •Commercial use of the delivered song or video (e.g. selling it, putting it in an ad, distributing it on a streaming service) requires written permission. Contact us.
• •Song4You retains the right to use small, anonymized portions of generations for service improvement, quality monitoring, and demos — never your photos, recipient names, or full songs without your written consent.

Songs, lyrics, cover art, and animation are produced by AI models (Suno, Claude / GPT, Kling, nano-banana). By placing an order you acknowledge:

• •Results are AI-generated and will vary between runs.
• •Voices, melodies, and arrangements are not specifically replicable on demand — Suno produces a unique singer each generation.
• •Animated photo clips are stylized interpretations. Minor variations from the source photo are normal.
• •We do not guarantee exact replica of any voice, person, or photo.

The 14-day money-back guarantee is your protection if the creative result doesn't land for you.

You agree not to use Song4You to:

• •Create content about a real person without a reasonable belief that they would welcome it.
• •Generate hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• •Impersonate a specific public figure, recording artist, or copyrighted character.
• •Upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• •Resell or rebrand Song4You output as your own product.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these standards, with a full refund.

Delivery windows (3–5 days for Basic, 2 hours for Standard Rush, 24 hours for Premium / Cinematic) are targets, not guarantees. We'll always communicate if something is running late. If we miss a promised window by more than 48 hours you can request a full refund.

We tie your orders to the email you used at checkout. Visit the My Songs page or use the Lost your song? flow to access past orders by email.

• •After 14 days, downloads unlock and orders become final.
• •Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed. Please email us first — we will always work with you.

We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous availability. Planned maintenance and provider outages may briefly affect delivery times.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Song4You's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for:

• •AI-generation variability or subjective creative dissatisfaction (covered by the refund window).
• •Third-party misuse of content after you share it externally.
• •Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify Song4You against any third-party claim arising from content you submit that you didn't have the right to use (photos, recipient likeness, stories).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@song4you.co.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Song4You is registered. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in delivery emails.
