Every song and video lives at a private link only you control.

• •Your library is keyed to your email — only people you forward the link to can access it
• •You decide if and where it gets shared

Premium and Cinematic orders need photos. We treat them carefully:

• •Used only to render your slideshow video
• •Stored privately so you can request a free revision
• •Never used in marketing, demos, or training AI models
• •Permanently deleted on request — email support@song4you.co

We never see or store your full card details. Stripe processes every transaction directly — the same processor used by Lyft, Shopify, and millions of others.

• •HTTPS / TLS encryption on every page and API call
• •Cloud infrastructure on Vercel, Railway, and Bunny CDN — the same stack the largest e-commerce apps use
• •Database access restricted to a small internal team on a need-to-know basis
• •No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no third-party fingerprinting

We do not:

• •Sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone
• •Build advertising profiles on customers
• •Run a marketing email list — we only email you about your order

Our songs, lyrics, and animations are AI-generated. We use only the information you intentionally share through the wizard — story details, names, photos — and only for that one order.

• •No model training on your data
• •No facial recognition or biometric profiling
• •No reuse of your photos for other customers' orders

We don't generate songs in the voice of a specific named artist or in the style of a specific copyrighted character. You can pick a genre or mood ("like a country ballad", "like a gospel hymn") — we won't match a particular celebrity vocalist.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a full refund. No forms, no haggling — just email support@song4you.co. After 14 days the MP3-download permanently unlocks and the order becomes final.

Every order comes with up to 2 free revisions — re-render the photos, regenerate the song with a new singer, edit a specific lyric. Most customers use one and stop.

Want all your data gone? Email support@song4you.co with a deletion request. We'll wipe:

• •Your account and order history
• •Every photo you uploaded
• •Every song, video, and cover we generated for you
